Online registration system

The online registration system is open. The early registration deadline with the reduced fees and for the inclusion in the conference programme is February 28, 2017.
Participants enter the registration form here. In the registration form participants complete their contact information and select the participation fees. Final selection is about the payment method. All payments are made in Euros.
ATTENTION! During payment participants have to write down the code 5299 and their Full Name.

Payment

1. Payment by deposit / transfer to a bank account
After online registration to the Conference and if selected payment is by deposit / transfer to a bank account, the participant must pay the amount chosen in the bank account with the following details:

2. Card Payment
After online registration to the Conference and if selected payment is by card, the participant is redirected to a payment form where he completes the payment.

Cancellation policy

Any cancellation must be arranged with the Conference Secretariat by email.
